As our family is expecting a baby boy in July, these are the only spots available for May-end of October timeframe.
What are your rates and when/how do I pay?
You can check my rates on the site. Part of the payment should be paid when you are booking the session and it is 100$, the other part of the payment should be made the day of the session.
The first part is usually made through Paypal that is built in my booking site. if you don't have a Paypal account, you can contact me to make the payment through the bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be paid through the online transfer or cash at the day of the session.
Where are you providing your services?
The short answer to this is- at your place or at my home studio..
Our family just moved to Guam and I don't have my own studio space yet.
Why I can trust you my baby?
I am always very conscious about your baby's safety, and have several accomplished newborn safety courses and a big experience in photographing babies. All the newborns are different and I will never try to put your baby in the position that he/she is not comfortable with.
Moreover, I am encourage parents to be present during all of the time of the session.
What is the best time for a newborn session?
The best time for a newborn session is the first 14 days of life of your baby.
The reason for this is because babies are the most sleepy and flexible during at this time, also they still don't have tummy issues or baby blooming.
If you missed that period of time for a newborn session, I would suggest doing a mini-session with only swaddles poses and family portraits included or a life-style session.
The last 2 options can be done up to 6 weeks timeframe.
How long does a newborn session last?
My mini-package session length is approximately 1,5-2 hours, standard session is around 3-4 hours.
I don't always go by the time of the session, but most of the times I work for the result. Some babies can be fussy or don't get to fall asleep easily, some need to eat more often throughout the session. I don't charge extra for this time.
What happens if our family member or a baby doesn't feel well right before the session?
I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible and reschedule the session. I don't charge anything for rescheduling the session for the health matter.
I want us all to be safe in the first place.
Do you provide anything for a newborn session?
Yes, I provide everything what is needed for the session: outfits, wraps, props, little toys.
You will fill out a questionnaire before the session where you will describe your color, props and shots preferences and I will make setups according to what you want.
What is the best way to prepare for a newborn session?
Preparation is the key to success.
There are few tips that can help us to run the session fast and smooth:
When the images will be ready?
3 days after the session i will send you a link for a proof gallery.
All of the photos will have basic color correction, but won't be retouched.
I use SHOOTPROOF service for a comfortable workflow. You will have 3 days to review your images and make a choice.
To pick the photo that you want to be edited you need to mark it as favourite (star sign).
You don't have to send me your selection, I can see it on my end, but I am asking you to notify me once you are ready.
Your retouched images will be delivered within 14 working days after I receive a notification with a final choice from you.
Can we order more photos from the session?
Of course, 1 additional image from the session is 25$, 5-100$.
I will send you Paypal invoice as soon as I receive your confirmation, extra images don't affect the time of the delivery of the final product.
Can I share my gallery on social media?
Absolutely, feel free to do it. I will greatly appreciate if you tag me in the post.
What if we loose the images from the session?
The link with final images will be active for 90 days and will be removed after this period. I highly encourage you to store all of your images in the cloud service, at some point it is safer than using a computer or a hard drive as they can easily brake. After a period of 90 days I will move your images in the online archive storage and restoring them will cost 20 dollars.
