Starting September my prices and packages are expanding and I decided to write down this little article to answer the upcoming questions.
Some time ago I did a little research on my facebook page about your preferences, and it turned out that a lot of my clients are interested in the images with just the color correction. So I decided to go with a flow and implement new packages with all of the photos included with the basic editing, along with keeping the packages with a deep retouching option.
So what does the Basic editing mean? There are 2 softwares that most of the photographers are using: Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. The first one is used for the color correction and some local adjustments in a simple way, the second one is more of as PRO version and allows you to work on a lot of details more thoroughly.
For example, newborn photo: the face of the baby has a peachy skin tone and his legs are more of a red/blue color. Corrections like that are hard to make in the Lightroom, because if you will start playing around with the red or orange color, your adjustments will effect all of the image. Photoshop allows you to divide your image into layers, so you can make a very accurate local adjustments.
For the basic editing I will use Lightroom and just a little bit of Photoshop. And if you don’t have any major things that you want to fix, this will work perfectly for you.
Adjustments that can be done within «Basic editing»:
- color correction of the image
- local corrections: darken the sky, lighting up faces or people
- adding tonal contrast and brightness
- cleaning out the skin (pimples, bruises, scars)
Now what does retouching include?
- brighten eyes
- teeth whitening
- making lips more juicy
- fixing the hair
- slimming
- removing double chins
- adding highlights to your eyes and hair
- fixing makeup, adding brightness to it
- local color adjustments
- smoothing skin
- getting rig of the skin imperfections
- lighten dark under eyes circles. I don’t use patch or clone tool for this purposes, I use frequency separation method, that allows me to keep the texture and to change the color of the area I am trying to fix
- removing objects from the image
- adding local sharpness
- adding local contrast
- fixing clothing issues
As you can understand, retouching requires much more time and effort than basic editing, that’s why I am charging by the photo.

- 5 retouched high-resolution photos
- ready in 2 weeks
- 60 euros
Standard session
- 60 minutes session
- 10 retouched high-resolution photos
- ready in 2 weeks
- 100 euros
Collections:
5 retouched images - 60 euros
10 retouched images 100 euros
15 retouched images 130 euros
20 retouched images 160 euros
30 retouched images 220 euros
50 retouched images 300 euros
70 retouched images 400 euros
Now what if you have chosen a Standard session with Basic editing, but you want to add some images to be professionally retouched?
That would be 200 euros+ the payment for the collection that you prefer the most.
My goal is to give you an opportunity to choose the option that you like the most. If you want to buy all the photos with the light editing- easy, if you want to get only professionally retouched photos- you are more than welcome, and you can also combine first 2 options however you like.
